Recently, the owner of Kaimana Hila estate hosted an intimate dinner that brought the property’s story to life.

Chef Alan Takasaki prepared a delicious dinner for distinguished guests, including Modern Luxury Hawai‘i’s Alicia Michioka, Hawai‘i Life’s Matt Beall, along with myself, Tiana and Nobu Torii, Julie and Peter Shaindlin, and Alana Koboyashi, to name a few. We also enjoyed a live musical performance by four-time Nā Hōkū Hanohano Award winner, Taimane.

Beyond Expectation

Kaimana Hila isn’t just a house, it’s a way of life. Designed by award-winning architect Jeff Long, this residence features interiors with furnishings from Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Fendi. The Pininfarina-designed kitchen features Snaidero cabinetry and Gaggenau appliances, designed to be experienced.

This intimate dinner allowed us to experience the natural light pouring through the home’s expansive windows as the sun set over Diamond Head, the glow of the saltwater infinity pool as evening approached, and how the indoor-outdoor flow offers the perfect setting for island entertaining.
